ABOUT US
Care Built Around You.
At Integrative Behavioral Health & Wellness, we believe mental health care should feel personal, collaborative, and supportive. Our goal is simple: to understand what you're experiencing, help you find a path forward, and provide care that fits your life.
Compassion. • Collaboration. • Personalized Care.

MORE THAN A DIAGNOSIS
We See the Person Behind the Symptoms.
Mental health is personal. That's why our providers take time to listen, understand your experiences, and learn what matters most to you.
We combine evidence-based medication management with a warm, practical approach to care. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan designed around your needs, goals, and everyday life.
Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, looking for better symptom management, or simply searching for a provider who will listen, we're here to help.
MEET THE TEAM
Jacklynn Crump DNP, FNP‑BC, PMHNP‑BC
Jacklynn Crump is a board‑certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children through geriatrics. She earned her BSN from Grand Canyon University in 2008 and began her career in high‑acuity and emergency‑medicine environments. Her interest in complex diagnostic challenges led her to pursue advanced practice training, and she completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2012.
Jacklynn spent several years within a physician‑led internal‑medicine group, developing strong expertise in caring for medically complicated patients. This foundation supported her transition into neurology and eventually back into emergency medicine, where she refined her skills in acute assessment, stabilization, and multidisciplinary care experience that now informs her work with high‑acuity psychiatric patients.
Recognizing the significant gaps in care for individuals experiencing mental‑health crises, Jacklynn pursued a post‑master’s certification in psychiatry and later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice. Today, she specializes in complex psychiatric conditions, including chronic pain, migraine disorders, and substance‑use concerns. She provides non‑opioid pain management, supports patients with overlapping medical and psychiatric needs, and offers evidence‑based treatment tailored to each individual.
Jacklynn considers it a privilege to serve her community. She values collaborative partnership, believes meaningful change requires shared effort, and is deeply committed to improving health and quality of life. She works hard for her patients and expects them to work just as hard to pursue sustainable growth.
Nichole Turney PMHNP‑BC
Nichole Turney is a board‑certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner offering integrative, patient‑centered mental‑health care and medication management for children through geriatrics. Her dedication to psychiatry began long before her advanced training, shaped by personal experiences and years spent working in behavioral‑health settings. She supported individuals in detox programs, eating‑disorder treatment, and community‑based services for trauma, addiction, and severe mental illness, experiences that grounded her practice in empathy, respect, and genuine human connection.
Nichole earned her BSN from Linfield University in 2022, then completed her PMHNP degree at Vanderbilt University in 2025. Her education and clinical background provide a strong foundation in both medical and behavioral‑health care, allowing her to approach treatment through biological, psychological, and social dimensions.
She is especially passionate about supporting individuals in recovery, women, children, and those navigating complex mental‑health needs. Nichole believes healing is always possible, often beginning with one step, one choice, or one moment at a time. She considers it a privilege to care for her community, and she is deeply committed to walking alongside patients as they rebuild, grow, and reclaim their lives.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Good care begins with feeling heard.
We believe patients deserve clear communication, thoughtful treatment, and a genuine partnership with their provider. Questions are encouraged, concerns are taken seriously, and every treatment decision is made with your long-term wellbeing in mind.
A Different Kind of Mental Health Experience
Then I would do three columns, similar to the medication-management section you already built on Home.
We Listen
Your experiences matter. We take time to understand your symptoms, concerns, history, and goals before determining the right path forward.
We Personalize
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. Your treatment plan is built around you and adjusted as your needs change.
We Partner
You're an active participant in your care. We'll communicate clearly, answer your questions, and work together throughout your treatment.
